This new construction 4br, 3-1/2 bath house is located in the heart of Dilworth’s historic district.  Located on a street with rich historic character, the charge was to create a house that respects the context of the street and the architecture of the surrounding historic homes.  While the scale, massing and materials acknowledge the context of the street, subtle details identify the house as one that is of today.  The house received unanimous approval from the Historic District commission and everyone in the room agreed that the design “fits” the Worthington Avenue site.
