Eastover Expansion

This classic Biltmore Avenue home in Eastover needed some TLC, but more importantly, it needed additional space for the clients and their growing family.   A rearward expansion provides secondary casual living space while the floor plan of a prior addition was expanded to create a large, open floor plan with an expansive kitchen and the primary living space. The expanded first floor sets up perfectly for entertaining and family life. Clever detail and eclectic selections blend casual and formal elements to create a fun and unique interior vibe. Phase 2 of the project focused on the curb appeal with a new porch addition, authentic shutters, and new hardscape elements. A shed folly that provides storage doubles as a courtyard edge for a new on grade terrace that allows entertaining and family life to spill into the back yard.
