Heathwood II

“Bad Modern” was how the homeowner described the original house when they contacted JA to for help on rethinking their newly purchased home.  Located in a neighborhood of classic southern homes, the design rethinks the original interior and exterior detailing and worked with the existing roof forms and structure to create an eclectic cottage. The result is a house that no longer contrasts with the neighborhood and instead blends into the streetscape. This project was completed by Josh Allison, Architect.
