Pennsylvania Pool House

The design of the pool house complements the original farmhouse and other structures on the historic Pennsylvania property.  Full width building stone, a wood shake roof, historically accurate windows and custom trim profiles drawn from the original structure are used to make the poolhouse blend with the site while conveying a sense of permanence.  However, this building is convertible.  The fold up windows with roll down screens allow the building to convert to a screened poolside retreat that includes amenities for a full day at the pool.  Inside, the detailing breaks from tradition with a sleek kitchen that is concealed by reclaimed oak planking and polished concrete floors- design textures that combine to create a space that is fresh, clean and timeless.
